This is the routine Im currently on using a BIB hanger.
3 x 20 min sets hanging 3lbs. (Only just started)
I will be doing this once per day followed by pumping for 3 x 10 min at 3hg. I water pump using a good pump with a gauge. What do you think? Is there anything else I could add to improve my routine, I have been doing the newbie routine before this for 3 months, and feel ready to go on. My EQ i great and after gaining the first half inch after using one of your Bootcamp routines I have stopped gaining.
Starting measurement 5.65 x 5.0
My current measurement is 6.3 x 5.25 this is length x girth
