Warning' This is an extreme form of pumping and should not be attempted by a novice with no pressure meter.

You should have a little pumping experience before you do this routine, dont just jump into this, it is extreme and will cause you injury if you are not conditioned.

What you need

Olive Oil (extra Virgin)
A decent pump with a HG meter reading
3 hours of your time

Warm up

This is the most important part of any routine, if your tissues are not relaxed you are risking injury, just because we are using Extreme pumping as our weapon of choice, it does not mean we need to blow the penis clean off.

Run a bath, nice and hot, you want this to be as hot as you can stand without burning yourself.
You want to spend about 15 minutes in the bath, try not to touch your penis while you are sitting there, it will only stress your shaft pre pump, and it might start to retract. The penis has a natural turtle effect if you pull on it too hard. try to leave it be.


When you are dry, make sure the pump is nice and clean, put a little olive oil on the entrance of the tube and be sure to put a little around the base of your penis, this will assure a good suction seal. If you are very hairy then a trim should help.

Fill the tube with a little bit of hot water, about a quarter full. Enter the tube and swing it back towards you so the water will sit at the bottom of the tube and the seal should be strong. Give it a twist to make sure the seal is tight, give a little pump on the handle while doing this, it will make the seal strong.


You want to be totally flaccid at this point, then when you are ready to start just give one pump on the handle, you want around 1hg. Do not rush this, you will be in the tube for at least 3 hours to achieve this monster temporary girth. It will take a while to build up to this kind of expansion, possibly 3 times per week for about a a fortnight.

Stay at 1hg for at least fifteen Min, then you want to go to 2.5hg. Stay at this for at least 45 min. You are one hour into your session, this is really just a warm up. If you feel any pain then drop down a whole Hg back to 1hg until you feel ready to 2.5hg.

After this hour, come out of the tube, Use some Cobra Jelqs (See Cobra Jelq Thread) to restore circulation and relax those tissues you have just worked. Then enter the tube, and hit 2.5hg. Hold it for fifteen Min, then up to 5hg. You want to hold this for the duration until you hit 1 hour. Exit the tube, Cobra Jelq, then enter the tube for the final hour at 5hg for the first fifteen min. Go up to as high as you are able for the last half of an hour. You should do this three times per week for about one month. You will start to see a massive flaccid, harder erections, and a bigger erect girth. Some see length gains too, but because this is a low erection pumping routine, it usually shows girth gains other routines will not show.

3 hours in the tube is what you are aiming for, if you are able to go for longer then great, but be warned, your penis will swell up to a size that might scare your partner.

This pumping routine should be added alongside the diet of chilli's (See Chilli Thread) this will help with the erection and circulation side of your recovery. Remember this is an extreme form of pumping, long hours inside the pump will lead to girth gains, a lot of the size will be fluid buildup, but as time goes on this will turn into permanent gains. Don't give up after one session if you see nothing, it takes time. If you follow these steps you will see great fast girth gains.

Is it normal for skin to be pulled into the tube as well?

It is normal, but not reccomended for your testi.

I have a good pumping programme, I offer it to someone who doesnt know anything about pumping, it is simple and easy to follow, and will produce an instant result.
