I just saw a thread about this site on Thunder's site and I had to come on over. I been stretching my unit for about 3 years now. I've gained about 1.5 inches in length
and around 1 inch in girth. Obviously I'm not happy with these results so I'm looking for any little nugget of information that can help me in my quest for greater size.
I've been doing mainly manual work although for about 6 months I was hanging exclusively and did make great gains. Work schedule changed and now I don't have as much
time alone to hang. Manual is easier to perform on the sly.
Anyway, that's a little about me.
